A plain guide to what the app stores show about the FxPro app in Nigeria.
This site reads the public Google Play and App Store pages of the FxPro app, as a visitor who is not logged in sees them in Nigeria, and writes down what is there: who the page names as developer, the rating and the number of ratings behind it, the version and its date, the size, the system required and what the developer declared about data. Every figure carries the day it was read, 6 November 2026. It opens no account and logs in nowhere, and it does not say which app is better.
Three ways into this site
1Check who published itStart with the developer name under the title and the identifier behind it.2Read the rating with its countAn average without the number of ratings under it says little.3See what the developer declaredBoth stores print a declaration about data. Read it before the install, not after.
What this site is, and what it leaves alone
Naija App Review is a record of what the public app-store pages show for the FxPro app, as a visitor who is not logged in sees them in Nigeria. On 6 November 2026 this desk opened 2 Google Play pages and looked for the App Store entry, which the Nigeria storefront does not list, and wrote down who the page names as developer, the rating with the number of ratings behind it, the version and the day it was published, the size, the system it needs, what the description says and what the developer declared about data. The Google Play pages were read in the Nigeria view (country code NG, English text) and the App Store in the Nigeria storefront.
Nothing here comes from inside an app. The desk did not create an account, did not enter a document or a phone number, did not log in anywhere and did not place an order. The site therefore cannot tell you what a screen inside the app looks like, how long an identity check takes or what a transfer costs: those things sit behind a login, and the pages that follow say so wherever the question comes up. What it can do is show you, with a date, the part of each app that is public.
The two listings that were read, one by one
On Google Play the app titled FxPro: Trading & Investing is published by FXPRO GROUP LIMITED: 4.5 stars from 104,041 ratings, a download bracket of 10M+, the label Rated for 3+, version 4.104.0, updated 5 November 2026.
On Google Play the app titled FxPro Global: Trading Broker is published by Pro Global Ltd: no star rating in this country view, a download bracket of 100K+, the label Rated for 18+, version 4.104.0, updated 5 November 2026.
The App Store lookup for the Nigeria storefront did not return the entry with id 1560667652, which is the App Store entry this site reads for the FxPro app; the storefront does not list it, so this site has no App Store figures for it.
The sections that follow take these figures one family at a time: identity, rating, updates, size, data.
Who is named as the publisher
The listings do not all name one developer. FXPRO GROUP LIMITED is named on FxPro: Trading & Investing (Google Play). Pro Global Ltd is named on FxPro Global: Trading Broker (Google Play). That is the field under each title: on Google Play the account that published the app, on the App Store the seller. The Play pages also attach links. For the developer website, FxPro: Trading & Investing points to fxpro.investments and FxPro Global: Trading Broker points to probroker.financial; each page also gives a privacy-policy link on fxpro.com. The word FxPro appears in the descriptions 9 times in FxPro: Trading & Investing and 12 times in FxPro Global: Trading Broker.
FxPro's own public text file, www.fxpro.com/llms.txt, read on 6 November 2026, names three regulated entities: FxPro UK Limited, FxPro Financial Services Limited and FxPro Global Markets Limited. A developer name on a store page is the name under which the app is distributed in that store. It is not a licence and not a statement about which firm holds a client's money; the account documents answer that, the store page does not.
Ratings: the average and the count under it
FxPro: Trading & Investing on Google Play: 4.5 in the header from 104,041 ratings; 77,081 of the ratings in the split are five-star (74%) and 5,273 one-star (5%). FxPro Global: Trading Broker on Google Play shows no star rating in this country view; its page gives only a download bracket, 100K+, and the label Rated for 18+.
How recently each page was updated
FxPro: Trading & Investing (Google Play) shows version 4.104.0, updated 5 November 2026, 1 day before the reading; FxPro Global: Trading Broker (Google Play) shows version 4.104.0, updated 5 November 2026, 1 day before the reading.
The public Google Play page shows the current version and its date only, so no Play history is reported. A version number is the plain way to say which build a statement is about, which is why every figure on this site carries the day it was read.
What the phone needs
FxPro: Trading & Investing on Google Play: Android 10 or later (API 29), 10M+ downloads, Rated for 3+ and FxPro Global: Trading Broker on Google Play: Android 10 or later (API 29), 100K+ downloads, Rated for 18+. The Play web pages read here do not show a download size, so this site has no size for the Play listings and does not estimate one. The system line is the developer's statement of the oldest version of the phone's software the build runs on; the pages do not say how the app behaves on older software, and a figure here is a requirement, not a promise that the app will run well.
What the descriptions say the apps are
FxPro: Trading & Investing (Google Play) opens: “FxPro - The Reliable Brokers App for Smarter Trading” FxPro Global: Trading Broker (Google Play) opens: “Welcome to the FxPro Global Broker with 140+ Industry Awards!.”
These are the developers' own words, quoted as printed. Where two descriptions differ, the site notes the difference once, plainly, and does not try to settle which one is right; a reader can compare them by pressing Ctrl+F on each store page.
What the descriptions list as features
Most descriptions carry a list of short feature lines. They are the developer's own marketing words and are quoted here as printed, without testing: FxPro: Trading & Investing (Google Play) lists “Advanced charts”; “Multitasking features”; “Smoother navigation”; “Trade metals, including gold via our dedicated gold trading app”; “Follow the global economy through etf trading and major indices”; “Access US, UK & EU equities via our intuitive shares trading app”; “Diversify with futures, commodities, and energy markets”. FxPro Global: Trading Broker (Google Play) lists “Advanced charts”; “Multitasking features”; “Smoother navigation”; “Manage funds, accounts and trade all from one app”; “Full-screen TradingView charts with a range of analysis tools & indicators”; “Get push notifications on significant market moves”; “Favourites and popular instruments list”.
A feature line on a store page says what the developer chose to promote. It is not a measurement, and a feature that is not listed is not proof that the app lacks it. Whether a feature is available to a client of a given broker in Nigeria depends on the account and is shown only after login.
Where the listings differ
The age or content label is not the same on every page: Rated for 3+: FxPro: Trading & Investing (Google Play); Rated for 18+: FxPro Global: Trading Broker (Google Play). FxPro Global: Trading Broker (Google Play) shows no star rating in this country view, while the other Play pages read here do.
These are differences between pages as they were shown on the day of reading. Each is stated once; none is explained on the pages, and this site does not offer an explanation the pages do not give.
The update dates, oldest first
5 November 2026: FxPro: Trading & Investing (Google Play), version 4.104.0; 5 November 2026: FxPro Global: Trading Broker (Google Play), version 4.104.0.
The oldest of these dates is 1 day before the reading and the newest 1 day before it. A page that was updated long ago is not necessarily neglected and one updated yesterday is not necessarily better; the date is the only thing the page states.
What the data declarations show
Google Play asks the developer to declare what the app does with data and print the answer on the public page. The Google Play block of FxPro: Trading & Investing says: “This app may share these data types with third parties”; “This app may collect these data types”; “Data is encrypted in transit”; “You can request that data be deleted”. The Google Play block of FxPro Global: Trading Broker says: “No data shared with third parties”; “No data collected”; “Data is encrypted in transit”; “You can request that data be deleted”.
These are declarations by the developer. Google's own block says so: “The developer provided this information and may update it over time.” They are quoted on the data page and left for the reader to weigh.
What could not be read, and why it matters
Three ordinary pages of fxpro.com (the front page, the FAQ and the About page) answered the server this site reads from with HTTP 403 when they were tried on 6 November 2026, and no further page of that host was asked for. The broker's fee and funding pages are therefore not read here, and no cost is quoted anywhere on this site. None of the descriptions read mentions a Nigerian bank transfer or payment provider, so this site has nothing to report about funding in that form; a reader who wants it has to ask the broker for the funding methods open to residents of Nigeria.
For a reader in Nigeria the practical consequence is simple: the store page tells you what is being installed, and the account documents, which only the broker can show, tell you what the account costs in naira. The two should be read together and in that order.
What a reader can check without logging in
Everything above can be repeated by anyone, on a phone or a laptop, in a few minutes and without an account. Open the store page from a link you trust, read the developer name under the title, read the rating together with the number of ratings, read the date of the last update, open the data block and compare what you see with the date on this page. If the store now shows a newer version or a different rating, that is not an error here; it is the date doing its work.
What this site does not say
It does not say which app is better, because the pages contain nothing from which that could be known. It does not rank, score or recommend. It does not say that a rating is true: the Google Play page itself carries the label “Ratings and reviews are verified” and this site repeats the label without testing it. It does not say that an app is safe or unsafe to install, because a declaration is not an audit. And it gives no investment advice: contracts for difference are complex instruments, they are traded on margin and money can be lost quickly.

An app listing is not an account
What these pages read is the store's side: the listing. Opening a live account is a separate step with the broker, with identity checks and rules that sit outside any app. Read the broker page before you decide, and do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
